The company thinks that traditional hiring system, people can showcase their talent on that particular one day when the interview was conducted but in this new approach of hiring employees, people can showcase their talent in a more interactive way and also showcase it during the course of time.

Google predicts that India will require approx. 20 million of mobile developers by the year 2020. So to reach the target Google also announced Android development courses online in partnership with Udacity which is called as Android Nanodegree.
